Greg White is an actor, director, playwright, producer, presenter, who is the Director of Musical Theatre and Producer for Broadway Tonight! at The University of Central Oklahoma.

 

Greg has created original roles in performances in New York City, traveled the country performing in Broadway National Tours and countless regional productions, toured the globe as a vocalist on major cruise lines (38 countries to date), and directed award-winning productions all over the nation.

 

At UCO’s Broadway Tonight series he frequently presents the industry’s living legends, including Olympia Dukakis, Tommy Tune, Hal Holbrook, and Betty Buckley just to name a few recent guest artists.

 

Greg premiered his critically acclaimed original musical Flipside: The Patti Page Story about Oklahoma’s Singing Rage, Miss Patti Page at UCO. He collaborated with Miss Page on the production that won 18 Awards at the National Kennedy Center Festival in Washington D.C. Flipside then played a limited engagement Off-Broadway at the prestigious 59 E. 59 theatre to standing ovations.

 

While he holds a PhD in Fine Arts from Texas Tech University, Greg also has two fine arts degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma, he’s an Edmond Memorial Graduate, and he is proud to call Edmond his hometown.

An Oklahoma native and now New York based actor, Tiffan is honored to portray this remarkable woman also from her home state. New York Credits: Two By Two (Goldie) at The York Theatre with Jason Alexander, Martin Charnin's Something Funny's Going On at 54 Below, The Sound Of Music- Asia Tour (Elsa Schraeder), Far Out! at Minetta Lane (Sondra Lee), and the 2014 Best Overall Musical Urban Momfare (Ellen) in the NYC Fringe Festival. Regional Credits include 'Guinevere' in Camelot at Mt. Gretna Theatre, Neil La Bute's The Wager at The Kennedy Center, 'Mayzie La Bird' in Seussical at Maine State Music Theatre, 'Nellie Forbush' in South Pacific at Theatre of New Canaan, among others. Film: A Crime To Remember: Candyland. In New York, Tiffan has soloed in concerts at Joe's Pub, 54 Below, Ars Nova and Lincoln Center Theatre. She is a founding member of Core Artist Ensemble Theatre Company in New York City. A native Texan, Mark Johnson also did some growing up in Oklahoma, and remembers hearing Patti Page songs on the old Philco radio in his grandparent’s living room. He is thrilled to join the cast of Flipside. A life-long performer, he started singing duets with his mother in church at age two, and acted in a school play by age ten. With a rewarding career that has since spanned several decades and many music styles, he has given solo and choral music performances in New York and Washington DC, appeared in lead and featured operatic roles with regional companies throughout the US, and worked on camera and in the studio in LA and Nashville.

Recent theatrical credits include: Hairspray [Wilbur], Pollard Theater; Good People [Michael Dillon], Carpenter Square Theater; Guys and Dolls [Arvide Abernathy], Edmond Summerstock; Dial M For Murder [Inspector Hubbard], Jewel Box Theater; Grapes of Wrath (Camp Director) City Repertory Theater; Gondoliers (Duke) Cimarron Opera; Ragtime (Willie Conklin) Poteet Theater; Ring Around the Moon (Romanville) Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park. Other credits include current web commercials for Orange Leaf and Alliance Credit Union. Mark holds the Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees in voice performance, has taught voice at the college and university level for many years and is presently an Instructor of Voice at the University of Central Oklahoma and paid soloist at All Soul’s Episcopal Church, OKC.
